My SO is an ICU nurse and she's been feeling the dread of what the next two weeks will bring for over a month now. Her ICU is currently half covid patients and she expects they will be back to picking and choosing who gets a ventilator by Christmas.
Honestly I hope these people are tortured with the knowledge that they killed their family members with their selfishness for the rest of their lives, but I'm not going to hold my breath. The people who are doing this shit are already incapable of self-reflection.
