This one packages a lot of common libraries and makes your browser locally grab them instead of connecting to google or cloudflares servers. It improves performance and security and requires no setup.SmartHTTPS
Makes sites connect with https which encrypts your traffic to the site if any site supports it, but doesn't automatically redirect you. If you're currently using httpseverywhere you should switch because httpseverywhere just uses a massive whitelist which is silly and basically completely ineffective. SmartHTTPS works by always requesting the https version of any sites you connect to and falling back to http if it doesn't support it.TabStore
This one lets you save some or all of your currently open list of tabs to a plain text file. Later you can load and restore those tabs from that file and of course you can just open and edit the file in any text editor. You can send that file to someone or do whatever you want with it. If you use youtube-dl you can even pass a file full of youtube/soundcloud/whatever links to download all those videos. I wrote this extension because I couldn't find anything that did this. Literally all the other existing extensions to save a list of tabs would either upload it to a weird website or require an account or generally do weird stuff. To be honest with you, I did my research on their simultaneous functionality a while ago so I forgot the answer to your question. But I see it as a final boss any ads have to face if they make it past uBlock. The way it works is actually pretty cool. Whatever ads it does get a hold of, it fucks with them hard.

Save in... This one is so useful. You can define directories to save things in, and those directories appear under a submenu for saving things when you right click. I collect pictures of animals that are saved in an animals directory, room decor inspiration in the decor directory, art in the art directory, and ofc memes in the memes directory.
Auto SciHub If you're on the page of a scientific paper, you click this button and WHAMBAM it takes you to the SciHub download page. Incredibly handy, esp. since SciHub keeps jumping around domains.
Bypass Paywalls does what it says on the tin - get around paywalls for news sites
Imagus Hover over images to preview them
Imagus is also great for being able to rotate images.
I like to set mine to activate the preview when I hit Shift so that it doesn't turn on if just I absentmindedly mouse over images.
- ClearURLs: Removes tracking shit from URLs.
- Google Search Link Fix: If you're lib enough to use Google as your main search engine, or unfortunately have to default to it for local searches like the rest of us, this is a must. It renders search results as the actual links instead of Google's internal tracking links that redirect to them after basically logging your visit if not more.
- HTTPS Everywhere/Smart HTTPS/HTTPZ: Upgrades requests to HTTPS where possible, with the option of blocking HTTP outright as well.
- Privacy Redirect: Redirects Twitter, Insta, YouTube, and Google Maps to privacy-respecting alternatives that are often faster and better.
- uBlock Origin in medium mode + JavaScript off by default/uMatrix with 1st party scripts off by default for global scope/NoScript.

Kinda weird to see nobody recommend NoScript, I've used that for...jesus it must be over 10 years now
Is it shitty now for some reason I don't know? I know it takes a bit of effort to get it to work but once you whitelist the important bits of sites you visit a lot I never really notice it
Stopping malicious js is usually left to ublock and co. NoScript is more for the tor browser, cause it does way more than just no javascript. ABE, anti click jacking, etc. can all interfere with normal browsing in ways the ublock usually doesn't

The cool kids extension for overconfiguring is a fork of ublock called umatrix. Try it and see if you like it more than noscript.
