and now that you mention it, dentistry seems like it doesn't have many transferable skills to regular doctoring since teeth are so unique. They are most likely not fake doctors but certainly a different type of doctor.
For me it's easier to visualize veins and organs, nerves are like magic wires that should never be messed with. If you know what all those words mean then it probably sounds and looks simple. In your example you are basically just replacing and redirecting a wire.

fascism is an ideology which attempts to resolve the contradictions of capital without actually making any material conflict against the bourgeoisie.
But half his fucking comics are in fact about the the material conflict between the owners of the corporation and the workers in that corporation. He even has entire arcs about ruthless exploitation of the second and third world for resources and labour.

I think it's more incoherent than that. The boss is supposed to be a Democrat.
I think the joke is that the boss is acting woke (or whatever was the equivalent 50 years ago), while the (obvious, undeniable, and just) reality is that some get paid less than others. Scott Adams would have no problem with honest exploitation, he's only mocking the hypocrisy.
Right, Adams thinks he would be the brilliant office worker who should get paid like 50X what the receptionist makes, but it's somehow "socialism" that he only makes 3X what they do, because his contributions are so much more valuable.

1: Fascism is not anticapitalist.
2: Scott Adams is most assuredly not anticapitalist
3: Plenty of actual communist movements have been pretty socially conservative.Fascism cosplays as anticapitalism. But criticism of capitalism doesn't have to be ideologically anticapitalist. Noticing the contradictions in capitalism is just thinking for yourself, but it doesn't necessarily lead to any particular ideology - it can even reinforce capitalism.
He’s not really an anti-capitalist though. Dilbert was always about mocking the stupidity of PMC office bureaucratics. Plenty of people in the 80s and 90s hated BS office job politics who were, none the less, conservative or otherwise right wing. They just thought capitalism was supposed to be burly dudes cutting down trees and shit.
Thing is I suspect these types of people wouldn’t be anti-capitalist even if they did. A lot of people who made “lol office jerbz suc” media were chuds. Cuz yeah office jobs suck, but you’re also getting paid a middle class income to sit inside an air conditioned building. It wasn’t till after the financial crash pushed a lot of people into the service industry that everyone realized that as boring as they were a lot of those jobs were pretty Cush.
Communism is when the boss gets paid more, also when everyone gets paid the same.
