The NHS is ready to use the initial 800,000 doses when they arrive, the health secretary says.

To make a long story short I saw the above link in a world news thread and saw tons of people excited for the Pfizer vaccine. Not trying to reveal too much but I know someone who is administering the Pfizer vaccine for trials and they had told me they are finishing the phase one trials and phase two would begin in December. Seeing that the UK is about to buy a shit ton of these vaccines made me really confused obviously. Not saying you should take me at face value at all, but considering reddit is full of spooks I thought it was funny lol

    Not really surprising, every country is trying to buy vaccine doses so they can get it first ™️.

      I knew countries were trying to get vaccines but I assumed that meant "when vaccine is ready for distribution after testing" I haven't kept up with vaccine news because I have first hand account of how far along the testing is going, so I never saw the point of looking at pundits opinions on it you know? I just saw so many comments assuring everyone that the process is being followed and all the proper precautions were being taken and that the institutions™ were keeping us safe. Like I said take me with a grain of salt, but I don't believe that shit. These people are rushing this vaccine.

      I'm not really sure if I should do something? Can I really do anything? I don't want my friend to lose their job or anything. I guess it doesn't really matter if they're already in the process of buying them.
