It can't not get ugly when you have to cram that many crests into one coat of arms. It's the same problem that graphic designers have when they have to arrange one of these "logo graveyards" where a company shows off all their clients or business partners and it ends up as one garbled mess of 200 different fonts and logo styles that just aren't compatible with each other.
ofc this one here wasn't even trying.
Mfw i recognize fuckin Bär, Würtemberg, Bohemia, jerusalem, Croatia, Styria, Hungary, Tuscany, and Flanders :FrogPog:
edit: I think that might be Ragusa up there too in the top left corner, but I'm not sure.
I assume it is Ragusa since it is next to Dalmatia, Slavonia and Croatia.
Edit: Looking into it, it may just be another part of the Hungarian heraldry
You're right, I see that now.
I also Just spotted Silesia and Lusatia under Bohemia
The modern austrian eagle holds a hammer and sickle in it's claws, connected by broken chains. no idea why Austria has those in it's emblem but it looks cool.
My favorite part is the ram just dangling from a strap at the bottom for some reason
Gotta fit the flag of von Shitsinhausen somehow, they're part of the bloodline now.
