I'm just adding some facts here, not taking what you said wrong... He was licensed concealed carry and Ohio is an open carry state. Also, news reports say he was advocate for gun owner rights.
Oh trust me they'll do some gold medal mental gymnastics to conflate the fact that the sandwich he was carrying could have very reasonably been mistaken for carrying a gun based on the previous knowledge the officers had of of his existing CCW permit.
