    Can't remember the dude's name, but he put out a ton of survivalist/anarchist newsletters that were compiled into books. He has some rather, uh... advanced formulations.

      "The Poor Man's James Bond", by Kurt Saxon. Pretty sure he's a right-winger, but technical knowledge has no ideology. All of it's on archive.org, here's Volume 1.
