edit: listened to the first bit, Will and Amber continue shitting on the force the vote thing for no discernable reason. Felix is again the only good one.

they aren't shitting on it, they're correctly pointing out that forcing a vote does nothing. they literally even say that if you are at all left wing you should oppose Pelosi at every turn.

The point is that forcing a vote doesn't do anything, we already know M4A won't pass and we already know it would never pass Congress. Build community power and reject elctoralism, stop worrying about AOC and co.

Making pelosi sweat is a win in and of its self. We can do nothing or we can do something symbolic. Might as well do the symbolic thing.

"AOC should go back in time and not become a politician" is not an opinion.

Edit: I hear leftists say "live the contradictions of capitalism" or basically point out where capitalism fails whenever you can - because that's how you bring class consciousness to the workers. Forcing dems to vote no on M4A is an advancement of the contradictions.

      no discernible reason

They said that the Democrats can easily weasel their way into voting yes on it, then saying "Look, the Republicans! There's nothing we can do!" And that the current crisis demonstrates that where it seems like everyone wants $2000 and a bigger stimulus, including the Democrats and Trump, and yet somehow it doesn't seems to happen. I don't think it's something that people shouldn't do, but that it's probably a waste of time and won't lead to some big aha moment like some think it will.

Remember when chapo was specifically about making people in powerful positions feel uncomfortable? I do. If it was one of their "cool" friends that started the force the vote thing they'd be all over it but instead it was annoying liberal Jimmy Dore. They're more worried about looking cool for their friends than causing a scene.

I don't care about whatever leftist infighting among media personalities this is causing. My point is that this won't make Pelosi uncomfortable for a second. All the democrats except for a handful of blue dogs will vote for it, all the Republicans will vote against it, and then the Democrats will wring their hands and say that America is too racist to have good things or whatever.

Sticky the Pod? Yeah. I've heard of them. Not too shabby for midwest rap. They've got the lyrical flair, but the flow needs work.
