In the mood? Yeah I think so, they won't calm down until Trump "wins" or they'll hold on to it for years. Tensions are high and I'm sure they'd love to actually take over stuff and are pounding away at keyboards with their fantasies. Operational? Doesn't look like it, there was no real organization or plan, there's no list of demands. Yesterday was a big call out of "I'll be in DC, you should to, show up" and it looks a lot different than the (vastly different) protests we saw earlier this year
