Some info about the Pod: so there's 2 segments, the first one is 5-10 speakers who have a close connection to the topic at hand and they have an organic discussion, no set topics to hit or order to follow, and a second segment (that I call the anarchy segment) where literally everyone is allowed to speak, it'll be like the voice chat was the first night of the discord with 20-50 people! This segment will be recorded over 1-2 hours (probably) and edited down to about 45 minutes (to remove parts when everyone is talking over each other or bits that don't land
