I know its been said many times already, but I just wanna thank the mods for making it.
After CTH got banned I got really depressed (unexpectedly for me). I had to subscribe to r/DankLeft (lame) and r/okbuddycapitalist (not big enough), even started listening to the podcast.
Now I'm so happy this exists, guys, gals and enbies
I made a new username to post here, but yeah I'm glad this place got created. The old sub was one of the only decent spots on Reddit and when it got banned I was left with a handful of subs for specific interests I had. Tried dankleft, found it to be overmemed and less fun discussion/shitposting/struggle sessions than were commonly found on the old CTH. Thankyou to all those who put this place together.
Was GrouchyGrouse your first choice for Reddit but someone already took it?
Naw I just chose a new nickname because I didn't want any drama to follow me. I like alliteration, grouse are cool birds, and I'm a grumpy jaded asshole in his mid 30s.
Edit: "UnpleasantPheasant" was my next choice, lol
