A concentration camp isn’t someplace you stay for 30 days while they find you somewhere to live though. Yeah, the permanent facilities are better, but they can’t take everyone with capacity reduced by half due to COVID.
Well, I wouldn't be so sure the permanent facilities are better, and it's not like the federal government can't find facilities that can be repurposed.
