It's specifically a beef-only diet, which on top of being obviously unhealthy also sounds disgusting.

Our definition of zerocarb is a carnivorous diet. We only eat meat and animal products. We do not consume plants for nutrients or calories. Some animal products contain carbs (e.g. dairy), most of those are acceptable. Some plant products contain no carbs (e.g. plant oils), and those are generally not acceptable.
Jeesh. Keto probably isn't the greatest for your heart, but at least you can keep it moderately healthy with leafy veggies (kale, spinach, broccoli), nuts, berries, etc. This is just madness.
I've been on a diet like that for the last 10 years ngl. When I went to the doctor a few weeks ago she said I was an emblem of health. My carbs come from eating rice all the time but not much else.

No. I don't like spice and I really dislike sauces. It distracts from the taste. What people consider boring or bland eating is my favorite kind of eating.
