    Does it count as scabbing of you get in contact with the union organizers and try to agitate for a slowdown amongst the scabs?

      Nope, that's a valid striking tactic. Honestly it's better to have sympathizers running sabotage in scab operations because then you know exactly what they're able to do and can do more damage from the inside, or grow the ranks of the strike by flipping scabs.

          Yeah, they will definitely not be able to maintain any level of production with unskilled white collar workers.

          Honestly those guys are probably scared as hell to be operating big lethal machines without any licenses. Wouldn't be surprised if they decide to walk after a few days and a close call or two.
