It's just not visible to anyone but reddit admins. It's like it was deleted (comment/post is gone, but your karma stays).
As long as you don't start attracting admin scrutiny, you should be able to slip by.
Just post groupthink memes in askreddit or yta/nta comments in am I the asshole for a bit. Vote on front page bullshit and post pictures of cats/dogs you find on Instagram to cute or something. Reddit is really formulaic and getting karma is easy if you just stop being human for a bit.
You can break 10k karma in a week or two if you post at the right hours. I have a different account on all my devices so it's not as easy to follow all my comment history. Just using Reddit occasionally for questions and stuff has bumped them all over 1000.
