to the US posters: so did anyone actually go out and vote in the last presidential election? question for those who did: are you planning on going again?

I voted for PSL, the Marxist-Leninist party, because Biden is a racist rapist. Don't regret that vote, will never vote for a democrat again, will bully hArM rEdUcTiOn socialists who want to try to kick that football again.

Kudos to Biden for destroying the "harm reduction" argument I guess. Well, a few utterly deranged dronies might still try it but they'll probably be too busy talking about the Jewish Question or age of consent laws

The choice to the public was presented as "Racism and hatred - vs -sanity and order."

We thought the choice was "Explicitly tearing the copper out of the walls and shaking out the pockets of the poor to give as a gift to the rich and demonizing everyone who isn't white leading to an accelerated collapse - vs - meaningless platitudes thrown at us every day and slightly less looting of the poor and less explicit racism leading to a slower collapse."

The actual choice was "Explicitly tearing the copper out of the walls and shaking out the pockets of the poor to give as a gift to the rich and demonizing everyone who isn't white and zero response to coronavirus leading to an accelerated collapse - vs - explicitly tearing the copper out of the walls and shaking out the pockets of the poor to give as a gift to the rich and zero response to coronavirus leading to an accelerated collapse."

I voted for howie hawkins bc lariva wasn’t on the ballot in my state (muh democracy!)

I will not participate next time unless cyber Lenin is running, won’t endorse bourgeois electoralism even if it’s on a throwaway third party vote

I voted for La Riva and the green party on every other option. I felt dirty after voting for Clinton in 2016 but at least voting PSL took the bad taste out of my mouth. Yeah, I'll do it again. Democrats are gonna have to personally send someone over to blow me if they ever want me to vote for them again though.

I :vote: d for biden for """harm reduction""" lol. I wanted to and should have voted for La Riva, but I convinced myself biden was the "rational choice". I've since decided I will only vote for candidates I actually like, which pretty much rules out every fucking politician but :shrug-outta-hecks:

I did, because even though I knew democrats would just do whatever businesses wanted no matter how stupid, I thought they'd have enough self preservation instincts to not be complete psychopaths and ensure the fascist plague cult sweeps into power. "Harm reduction" and whatnot. Turns out democrats are an accelerationist party. Oops.

I am never voting for them again. This country is beyond fixing.

All being well I will become a citizen by the next election (hello :fedposting:, please look the other way). I’m not gonna vote in a presidential election, no way am I wasting ink next to Biden or Harris’s or Buttigieg’s names. I could draw a penis with that ink, a much better use of it that would actually improve my life by providing a brief moment of levity.

I'll vote if there are any local measure/state proposals I like since that's pretty close to direct democracy anyway. Nothing federal. Probably will vote to keep libs on school boards and county/city positions over the CHUDs. State level I'm undecided cause it's very bourgeois, but I'd still rather have an idiot dem than an idiot chud, idk.

Voted for Biden. On one hand, it's hilarious that I actually thought about "Harm Reduction". On the other, the Dems showing themselves to be incompetent wimps at best and brazenly corrupt elitists at worst has been just perfect for radicalization (myself included), so perhaps this was good in the long run? Cheers to my past self and all other Biden voters for doing accidental praxis, I guess.

Will probably vote for PSL or some other third party (Greens) that has the chance to be visible.

from what I've read even the harm reduction people on here got rid of the :maybe-later-kiddo: impulse and are either abstaining or actively damaging democrats' chances on the presidential level. it's incredible how quickly they have torpedoed public opinion of them and basically ensured that :frothingfash: people are gonna be the more energized base this time around (as far as the 2 choices we get, at least)
