If they get 2 more senators, there will magically be 2 more democrats in addition to Manchin and sinema who will be against removing the filibuster. Might even be one of the new ones, lol.

nope. what makes it worse is that they had 2 months to prepare for this. to make some kind of plan, figure out how to react to the decision, what steps to take , etc.

and they've chosen to do absolutely nothing.

Same thing as what happened when the GOP decided to get sneaky and steal a SCOTUS pick from Obama, they decided to be the "bigger person" and just GIVE them the seat. Guess what? the overturning of Roe V Wade WAS their "thank you" present.

I want to see the GOP squirm under a hypothetical 8-term Chen Weihua presidency with the Communist Party completely replacing the dems. Watch them try every trick they can and grow more and more frustrated that they are actually going to be going against legislators with a spine.

oh, it's likely it was leaked by one of the republican justices clerks'. they probably leaked it just to see what the national response would be and whether or not they could get away with repealing Roe. so they didn't really take any risk.

There's no way this is serious, "Biden" and the governors must know there are more than just the two senators. Are they in denial or are they literally sitting there like "hahaha fuck the voters say whatever you want"

this is probably as close to understanding their true thought process as we're ever gonna get

This is like the move you make after you obviously lost the boardgame, just to make everyone feel like you are a good sport.

It's hilarious that he doesn't realize that he'll be number one on the GOP proscriptions when they take full control.

He'll be tried for treason for "stealing the election in 2020" or some similar thing and sentenced to death to the oinking glee of Q hordes.

I guess his personal plan is just to die naturally before then. Can't argue with that.

The GOP will impeach him, fail to convict him (Dems have too many seats for that), then Biden will work with the GOP to cut Social Security.

More likely is that they'll just set up a kangaroo court via executive order using some national security pretext or something similar and then SCOTUS will give it the thumbs up

Dems gaining two seats in the Senate? They're going to lose at least 3, almost guarantee. Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia for sure. Possibly New Hampshire and Colorado.

it really is astounding how whenever Biden and Harris are expected to do something or say something, off the cuff or even scripted (esp. if you saw Kamala's recent "working together" speech), they're just like a pitcher who gave up too many runs and is waiting to be taken out, but the manager isn't coming. They're just standing around.

Why don't you hold the vote anyway and put the hold outs on blast on national tv? How about a state of the union address but you spend an hour talking about how shit these members of your party are?
