There have been some successes in cis women with xy chromosomes or born without a uterus receiving a transplant and successfully carrying babies to term. Some docs in the UK and other places in Europe have already filed support for it to be covered for trans amabs. The real barrier is creating eggs from your bone marrow. The tech already exists for that but it's not super common nor is it affordable or legal rightnow. With an egg donor it should be perfectly possible, but you'd need a donor obviously

If there's more room for less serious interactions or to be perceived as singularly valuable to your teammates, you're gonna have more positive communications than if the only time you're communicating is rote callouts, arguing which tactics to use, and telling them to do better.

More and more people lose faith in liberal-conservative capitalism. Rising inequality, fascism and climate change are all real and serious dangers but they are making people question the system. More and more people are openly socialist, people who would have ended up as succdem radlibs ten years ago are communists today. Strikes are union activity is increasing.

Has also huge societal impact. Suddenly people can actually deal with themselves and others better, tools of consent are also more accepted and commonplace. Besides that toys (esp. satisfier tools for people with clit and fleshlight thingies (no clue how they are called)) helped increase the ease of sex, be it alone or with others.

We got Louisiana SB-76 to pass which eliminates student fees for graduate student workers. To get this passed we did testimonial drives to get graduate students around campus to understand their shared experience. Only thing that sucks is that the bill won't take effect until 2024.
This was the culmination of spending the last 10 months organizing around our university's COVID policy and disregard for student safety. We kind of formed a proto-union and our next goal is to address stipend increases since we've had like 15% inflation since our last wage increase.
We're in a golden age of indie video games. Lots of great stuff has come out in the last few years like Stardew Valley and Terraria. Medicine has made great advances and continues to do so.

Can I stretch this out to like 20-25 years? Text messaging is incredible and has made my life so much better. I'm old enough I can remember having to call friends on the phone and honestly it was really not fun. Texting (really now all forms of messaging) has allowed me to keep in contact with good friends since I moved away from my hometown.
I don't get at all people who are like "just call people don't text all the time". I did that for years and texting is superior in every way, IMO.
It depends on communication style for sure. I like talking to people and hate typing a super.long text and then having to rework it because they sent a follow-up text that negates or modified part of what I need to say. That can't really happen when talking. But texting is convenient cause I can keep a conversation going when we are free even if that's vastly different times.
Pure availability of previously gate-kept information almost to a fault. Want to become an expert on music theory? 3D modeling? Woodworking? need to know what some small component on your car is supposed to look like compared to its current fucked up state? Want to know how to fix some electronics you found for free?
Especially if you have no regard for IP. Pirate as many e-books you want. Textbooks, repair manuals, philosophy, fiction, etc.
If one has the drive to be a self learner, an individual has so much more power to create, repair, grow.
Only downside is being overwhelmed by all the info and its very hard to learn to filter, process, and ignore noise.
It did genuinely get better when they adjusted the recipe, with the most notable change being coating the crust in garlic. I can make a better pizza for less out of a decent frozen pizza and some extra ingredients like fresh garlic, onions, and basil, but Dominos is good for a fast food pizza.
Fazoli's really upped their game too in the last 10 years. seems we're in the Second Italian Renaissance (American Fast Casual / Takeout Category).
