Back in December 2019, the CCP did nothing to curb the spread of COVID. Chinese tourists were allowed to leave the country despite the fact that there was a deadly disease going around that the CCP knew nothing about. The CCP should have done something.

When the disease was hitting full force in the US, around March 2020, we were taking painstaking measures to make sure it didn't spread. Our own chairman of the CDC, Fauci advised us that masks were unnecessary and that riding the subway was fine. Despite this, the Chinese virus still managed to spread within our borders

All of this highlights the failure of the CCP to protect the world from COVID. We've only had 36 months do do something about it, but if the CCP had had the foresight to know something about something they knew nothing about, then we would've had 37 months instead. And that would've made all the difference.

Funny how nothing came about over vapes and that mysterious illness and also funny that it was all around Fort Detrick. China literally said that place needs to be investigated.

i thought there was pretty solid evidence covid was kicking around for a good bit before we even knew about it. anecdotally my entire family got sick with covid symptoms a while before it was "supposed" to have been a thing. my grandma had lasting heart problems ever since and her cardiologist after seeing otherwise inexplicable scarring on her heart that wasn't there before said it probably was covid - they claimed that they had seen mysterious heart scarring in a lot of patients recently.

How could there have been an outbreak of COVID months before it was publicly recognized if, once it was recognized and spreading it put huge amounts of people in the hospital and on ventilators?

If it were circulating earlier wouldn't that just move the timeline up for the widespread outbreak? Since it's so contagious.

COVID was originally only transmitted through THC vape pens distributed by the FBI to high-income communities. This was to tip the scales for big tobacco to finally functionally ban vapes to get kids to begin smoking again.

However, their plan backfired (blowback, as in the podcast) when the Chinese government simultaneously released a novel coronavirus designed in the Wuhan bioweapons lab in order to eliminate the capitalism mind virus and bring about a global socialist utopia.

A Chinese man in Wuhan smoked one of the tainted THC pens, the viruses merged and the rest is history.

People just really really want this to be a cool michael chritcon disease conspiracy novel because a novel virus energing is just too mundane or something.

Can someone explain this in words a humanities dropout can understand?

This sort of tracks, though. In November of 2019 I contracted what I thought was a particularly aggressive flu, but I later learned had displayed symptoms more akin to COVID.

A NIH study found antibodies were circulating in the US on or before Dec 24 2019.

      Indeed, brother

Communism failed because it didn’t perfectly stop the virus.

Capitalism could totally have done it perfectly, if it wanted to, but it was feeling laissez faire, so it didn’t, which means it wasn’t a failure.

Two weeks from learning what the virus is to enacting a massive and unprecedented lockdown, compared to every other government on earth shrugging and letting the beast have free reign.

Sure, they objectively did better, faster, more effectively, than any other government on the entire planet, but they're still clearly to blame bc reasons.

99% sure this post is a bit about how the main complaint about China's response (IE "They suppressed the truth!") is total bullshit and if they had come out with all the info immediately and been totally open in the way the west claims they should have, it would have made no difference.

The CCP developed SARS-COV-2 to fuck with Bolsonaro specifically.
