This is such blatant bullshit. almost sure she's talking the DC metro. which I've taken 100s of times. Frequently had to wait for a bus right in full view of the gates too, if it averaged to one every 15 minutes I'd be shocked. If you're gonna hate monger at least put a little effort in.
she's complaining because the city decriminalized fare evasion. it's blatantly mall cop shit.

Apparently the user who initially tweeted it got suspended, does anyone have that old video that's cut up footage of a news broadcast about fare jumping where it puts "based" over the screen anytime someone jumps over the turnstile?
First tweet is peak "teacher, you forgot to assign homework" energy and that wasn't enough so she broke out the calipers
Holding calipers up to people’s heads as they go through the turnstile on the way to an underpaid job they hate.
A decent amount of people may have forgotten their pass/wallet at home and don't have a boss who would accept that as a reason for lateness.
