After hand washing for 10+ years and upgrading to a dishwasher, never a day goes by that I don't thank the people who built my dishwasher

The only workers who should receive special privileges under communism are the people who wash and fold laundry. Laundry is so annoying and anyone that does mine should get an extra bowl of gruel or turn on the communal toothbrush.

Having to get up and go pee before bed instead of just exhaustedly flopping over on the mattress with a half full bladder and then waking up a few hours later at risk of pissing the bed then being panda eyed all day because your REM cycle was interrupted by your own negligence

One of the best investments I ever made was a counter-top dishwasher. The thing was life-changing. Barely ever did dishes by hand since.

I highly recommend it (make sure that your sink has a compatible nozzle though).

How I feel about getting out of bed in the morning, taking a shit, washing my hands, putting my contact lenses in, brushing my teeth, picking out clothes, showering, taking care of my skin, and making something for breakfast before work. Always feels like a big chunk out of my day, at least stuff like taking out the trash and laundry are quick
