American President poses for photo with a mythical Christian gift giving magical fat man. Does not appear to be joking.

They've gotten so much mileage out of a dumb tweet meanwhile US government officials are talking about UFO shit and Wuhan lab conspiracy theories openly on the news without a hint of irony

Yeah at least it's just kinda funny and not a precursor to nuclear war against China I suppose.

Prior to this I believed in a world completely devoid of the supernatural, but fuck it, I trust AMLO, he says it's an aluxe it's an aluxe.

No worse than believing capitalism is a force for good in the world.

:no-oil: God told me to do war crimes (based and tradpilled)

:theres-no-amlo-emote: Lol check out this freaky spirit in a tree (delusional and unfit for office)

Reminds me of some venezuelans that came to tell my college about the horrors of the :maduro-coffee: regime. Apparently him claiming the spirit of :chavez-salute: came to him in a bird (aka a story half of America has about their passed loved ones) means he's an insane tyrant who must go. They also said that that footage of a protester molotoving an aid truck was fake because Maduro controls all media that leaves the country (even after the NYT published their retraction)

A lot of older Mexicans believe in duendes, its not new or surprising

My grandma who ran away to join the Sandanistas at 16 believed in Duendes to her deathbed.
