Often the richer party in duels back in the days of flintlocks had an advantage because they'd have specially modified guns. Super sensitive triggers, lighter frames, etc.

Juliana Farmer worked as a commercial banking agent, Joshua Barrick was a senior vice president in the bank’s commercial real estate group and James Tutt was a market executive.
He also shot an officer in the head (who is in critical condition unfortunately receiving surgery)
I don't think those employees (Who, if they're tellers especially, are basically just retail workers) and customers deserved to die anymore than kids.
