Love when libs whine about Russia meddling in the US election when the Clinton admin literally rigged the Russian elections in 1996 so the communists would loose.

And Boris Yeltsin's right-hand-man? A certain up-and-coming mayor of St. Petersburg.

It's just Russian Government Funded English-language News. It's propaganda like anything else, CNN, PBS, or whatever. And they weren't really "shitting on the guy that got poisoned". They basically agreed that Navalny isn't a US puppet and doesn't want to be one even if the west is trying to use him as one.

A good rule of thumb is to be more critical of news/media about a publication's home country.

Trans girl here. You’re not hurting me or my community by saying she has a giant square face, and carefully curating your insults doesn’t help my community either.

Y’all making mountains out of molehills. Not activism. Stop. Lame.

She is also a blocky refrigerator of a woman

you literally just ENTIRELY made up words, put them in my mouth, and then accused me of transphobia. I said NOTHING of the sort. And you fucking know that. To the vast fucking cheers of 39 likes, too. The fuck?

insulting trans women's apppearence with characterists that are considered manly/masculine is something you prob dont wanna do. i accept that you definitely did not mean say something transphobic or you wouldn't be defensive about it but yeah. thats how the comment read to most people hence why it was downvoted.

yeah realistically speaking it wasn't the BEST phrasing, and i can accept that. Still kinda frustrating to get accused of a bunch of shit, lol. Won't happen again :P

Chapo.chat has been infected by libs. Such a stupid tiny hill they are eager to die on. I see now why Matt hates his fans so much.

"lib" = not wanting to insult a person aesthetically instead of their bad ideas? and here I keep hearing libs insult Trump's appearance instead of actual criticisms, and also libs main accusation against Bernie was aesthetic as well...

Lmao homie you are SEETHING rn. From here it seems like you're standing at the base of an empty hill shooting at the top. I made one comment about your problematic insult and didn't respond to any of your rage replies and you said I was dying on a hill.

I'm not sure what or why you're accusing me of things I did not do.

And that parentheses implies that you think i'm somehow dogwhistling, How did you arrive at that conclusion? I'm not sure i like words being put in my mouth and i certainly don't like someone purposefully misinterpreting my words and twisting them to make me look far worse than i am. Plus, I have ZERO clue who this charlotte clymer clown is- Apparently she's trans.

Why am I getting accused of transphobia when i have never seen this person in my life? How would i be expected to know her status as trans?

Am I really getting 25 downvotes for not IMMEDIATELY googling any blue check before insulting them? Jeez. Not like i used a slur, or anything along those lines. Just said she had a square head.

Eh, it's honestly smarter to not attack someone's appearence most of the time. It's a bit lazy and a bit shitty and gets more lazy and shitty when directed at women because women are still more likely to be judged on their appearence than men. You're in a space with an awful lot of libs and at least a dozen or so true leftists most of whom are feminist to some degree.

Probably better to think about your audience, engage in a bit of self criticism and move on than complain about downvotes like it's reddit or something.

Ackchyually everyone is cringe here. I am a true centrist. We shouldn't insult people's appearance and should avoid misogynistic insults. Because misogyny. But to expect people to know she's trans so you're being transphobic is crazy. Idk I guess that teaches us that the stuff we say can come accross very differently.

I wonder how quickly someone will call me a wokescold for saying you shouldn't call women bitches.
