The Republican's love to do performative morality too, it's just mostly something each party does when their in the opposition.

Bernie's two runs have been weird. Consider how he dominated the Midwest in the first run, beating Clinton in a bunch of swing states like Michigan and Minnesota and Colorado. Consider how far he came in the Southwest on his second run - winning California, winning Colorado, running neck-and-neck with Biden in Texas and Washington State - I think it illustrates a strong base of support for Berniecrat politics throughout that region and with Hispanic voters in particular.

I don't think he's viable at a national level, particularly while older black voters remain terrified of a leftist candidate. But I do think he has a lot of room to pick up state offices, municipal officials, House Reps, and maybe even a few Senators or Governors. Keep pushing through 2022 and 2024, and there's plenty of progress you can make with leftist leadership, particularly if the communities that embrace these policies grow and prosper relative to their hard-line capitalist peers.

She can run for House and she can run for Senate. If she does 30 years as a Congressional Rep, I'm perfectly fine with that. If she's the Governor of Minnesota one day, I'm fine with that, too.

Not everyone needs to be the President.

Because the democrats are a controlled opposition in this 2 party soap opera written by the donor class. They find any excuse to justify why they’re not pushing back against the republicans whether it’s during the campaign or when they’re in power. The truth is they’re just trying to throw the game without looking too obvious. We’re basically in 1995 WWF where people haven’t yet realized wrestling is scripted

I think that's a made up demographic. Who really cares about civility in an age of coronavirus, the made up 'Non-white Boogeyman', elite pedophiles, corrupt police, climate change, and wealth inequality?

Genuine Q, who wants to see Nancy Pelosi and Mitch handshaking and looking happy?

"I don't want to wish harm on anyone" is a strong impulse, because many people want to be decent and that's the most direct way of doing so.

If Biden runs dunk-ads on Trump, the media referees will scream foul and we'll get a slew of "Lincoln Project suspended as guy-who-made-attack-ads-for-Ted-Cruz says Biden has gone too far!" headlines.

If Trump runs dunk-ads on Biden, you'll get a slew of NYT stories about how Trump Supporters continue to Support Trump.

It's a rigged game. Politicians are forbidden from punching right. They are only allowed to punch left. The only remedy is to call Trump a cunt unequivocally and to call Biden a loser for backing down. Keep saying that until you've got people heckling Racheal Maddow for being a Trump supporter in her Twitter feed.
