I'm not in need of anything tonight, but I have been curious what to do with a big ole box of Bisquick that isn't pancakes, waffles, drop biscuits, or dumplings.

    Any ideas?

Okay, im-vegan so recipes will be as well. If anyone wants to sub in meat, shame on you and figure it out yourself. That being said

      Jackfruit tuna melt

Okay, so jackfruit is cool as hell, kinda has the consistency of pulled pork which it's usually simulating but it's also.prettt close to a canned tuna. So get a couple cans of that,.mix it like you would a tuna salad, for.jackfruit additionally add some crushed arame (dried seaweed, dulce could help too) dill, old bay seasoning, salt water and a bit of apple cider vinegar. Blast that around with some vegan mayo, onion and relish or chopped pickle, maybe capers, tuna salad it. For the bisquick, make basically a pancake mix in a large shallow casserole dish. Bake it for a bit at 350, I'd say 10-15 mind, add the tuna goo and maybe some vegan cheese on top and then hit it for another 45

My mom made it with canned tuna and it was a childhood major fave of mine. I had to recreate. Like adding a cold tomato slice on top of the slice before eating.

Give me something with beans or lentils, I am trying to get more of them into my usual food rotation.

There's so many options there. What kind of beans are in your normal rotation? For lentils, have you tried lentil loaf before? If fucking slaps. It's meatloaf but the meat is lentils
