    Yes I’ve rented several 2 bedroom apartments in the last few years in Los Angeles, NYC, Chicago, Boston, Seattle, all for $400-$500 a month. Yes, this is very real and you should very much be using it to determine what rent you recommend landleeches err landlords charge.

      I paid my landlords in exposure. I have a very high social media reach, and my exposure is really good for their portfolios!

        I imagine paying a landlord in exposure would look like Polish TV product placement (the landlord's logo prominent in every shot and you namedropping the landlord every three sentences)
