I wouldn't bank on an appreciable level of intelligence and coordination from a group of people who are some of the dumbest our country has to offer - I seriously doubt they'd pull it off. They're preparing for an invasion of China, let that concept sink in. They bumble their way through losing wars and congratulate themselves on a job well done.

Not too dumb to be dangerous. I served under some of those freaks, and they're plenty dangerous - but their ability to plan and coordinate is beyond weak. Their arrogance blinds them completely.
