Idk the right side of the blade looks too small, maybe incease the height a tiny bit to make it taller at the end? Seems harder to reset as well especially if it still is released and reset by a rope and pulley. Now a real mega-guillotine could be fully automatic, perhaps pneumatic blade so we ignore the issues with a uniform size and a conveyor belt as the bed to increase the speed of reloading capitalists?
Yeah that would be an appropriate modification that doesn't require automation. In fact, that design could be accomplished by literally welding existing guillotine blades together without the need to create a large blade pattern. Excellent engineering comrade :heart-sickle:
The last couple of congressmen will not be properly decapitated, ruining the point of a guillotine.
The blade should have a serrated edge with a tooth for each neck. By using one long blade with a shallower angle you're reducing the reliability, and if someone on the left doesn't sever properly, as was somewhat common with the conventional guillotine, you have to pull the whole blade up and start over again for everyone.
edit: actually I guess if it's making contact with every neck at once it's going to need more force. i think we need more experimental evidence before reaching a conclusion.

Batch production has limited potential efficiency as the time it takes to get each client in and out of position is constant. The only gain is (bladeDropTime+bladeRaiseTime)/(noPeoplePerBatch)
Consider a conveyor belt leading to a windmill with axe-heads on the ends of the arms. Also a very large conveyor belt to quickly get a new cheering crowd in place for each client.
We need to go longer, in fact we need some sort of incredibly complex guillotine- machine.
It's going to be difficult to maintain the straightness of that blade. There is probably a maximum length before it starts to bend, but that is for the engineers to figure out.
