When they see another dog they don’t get excited and try to run towards the dog and then you yank them back to be in control of the dog?

Okay. Sure. Every dog I see walking at my park isn’t trained.

They mostly aren't. Most people who own dogs should not actually own dogs, they're really high-maintenance as pets go.

well fucking obviously. you don't even have a fucking dog. a trained dog isn't going to start fucking running and pulling away from their fucking owner.

dogs can be retrained. it's difficult, and a big process, and if you aren't up to the task you shouldn't get a edit: that dog.

                  it's just persistence.

And if you take that dog to a trainer they’ll tell you to kennel it for training purposes and when you take that dog to the park it may get a little too excited or too shy around other dogs. Judging people based on how their dog acts is fucking dumb.

wrong. judging people based on how their dog acts is a pretty smart way to judge a person actually.

Jfc “It’s takes time and persistence to train a dog after fostering it.” “Judging people based on how their dog behaves is smart.” That’s called cognitive dissonance
