one of my friends is trying to organize their workplace (retail) but has never done anything like that before in their life, i said i would look up some stuff on their behalf so they dont get caught/fired for starting a union, does anyone have any experience with ppl or organizations i should talk to? i don't think they are with any specific socialist org and is probably more on the demsoc side so i don't wanna send them a bunch of stuff from a specific org yet just yet but i do want to help radicalize them + send any resources for organizing at a workplace
