Imo, it's not that their egos are too big, it's that if you cancelled the inauguration, it would end the tradition of the 'peaceful transfer of power'. We know the libs care about symbolism mor than anything else, and if you cancelled it I think it would be too much for their fragile little worldviews to handle

Maybe the FBI should have listened to the 100's of antifa groups that have been hellbent on doxxing fascist chuddery, and that police nationwide have been complicit in allowing open wanton violence against the left by fascists. FFS, the FBI was served dossiers on around half of the rioters currently charged. What did they do with that information, nothing.
