        YouTube is at least somewhat consistent, IIRC they at least label RFE/A as government run or something like that as well.

    I remember when Telesur was labelled on youtube as 'teleSUR is founded in whole or in part by the Latin American government'.

    I heard that justification was if the government only funds it or if they have editorial control.

    We know how BBC toes the government line, but since it is more the case of "manufactured consent" and not direct control, they get away with it.
