        The negotiations won't matter for 99% of the population, the words Trump, $400 and executive order is all they need to know and FOX news will make sure of that. The details of why congress couldn't deliver is boring shit that only the libs care about. This is once again the dems dropping the ball and letting trump easily out left them.

            Call it what you want, I generally take the "out-lefting" term to mean as a matter of appearance and not as actual policy or held beliefs.
