I assume its named after the ripple caused by a butterfly's wings that goes on to cause another banking crash.

I know r/personalfinance is mostly bad, but at least sometimes there is helpful info. These aspirational subr*ddits don't help anyone unless they already have plenty of money. And fuck doordash.
By the way, is there a better version of r/personalfinance, or should I stick to c/finance?
