I found you guys today. Reddit fucking sucks, but I felt a some sense of a community on the sub somehow. And I'm glad to have found y'all again.

And thanks for the archive of theory by the way.

    Cheers.

I did like the person on the chapo sub that was larping as a libertarian. They were good. Got me several times. Made me chuckle.

I think they'd be funnier with per-user CSS.

Hard agree. Especially because some of them here are just reusing the same posts over and over.

Praximus_Prime was the only good novelty account

I found this article way too funny. It's rediculous that anyone thought otherwise, never trust landyard student groups like college Dems for shit. It's super creepy they're acting like it's weird for a gay guy in their late 20s who lives in a college town from matching with college students on tinder.

I'm really happy Joe Biden picked a VP who would lock up a trans woman in a male prison for her children's truancy, then deny her the hormone treatment she needs...

    A TRUE PROGRESSIVE

I feel like the One for All quirk/power from My Hero Academia is a metaphor for communism and All for One is a metaphor for capitalism.

The 1st user was Marx and it gets stronger with each new person/generation it's "passed" to, until finally someone will be strong enough to defeat All for One/capitalism once and for all.

Also, just for funsies: All Might = Lenin, Deku = Modern Leftists, Endeavor = Stalin

Direct calls or claims to violence that target specific living individuals are not permitted on Chapo.Chat. You can express your anger over landlords, slaveowners, etc, but try to phrase it in a way that focuses on the institution they represent. This policy also applies to any specific organizational bodies and groups (eg the DNC or NRA).

From the code of conduct, it's so our posting shithole doesn't get classified as a terrorist organization

Yeah I agree the "in a videogame" shit is dumb and there's no shortage of reasons the US could invent to shut down the webpage. I don't really find the rule that inconvenient though, I don't really like a lot of edgy posts of people talking big game. I just assume we're all on the same page here and wanting these people to die is implied

So "death to the US Congess" is banned. But "America needs to die in a bloody cleansing purge and we should hasten that day with all our will" is not?

An incredibly long list of shitty things Kamala Harris has done: https://web.archive.org/web/20190801160113/https://kamalaresearch.home.blog/
