From the new job numbers being posted, the gender disparity is still there, women are not getting back into employment at the same rate or scale as men. Ol' Jussy Truds here is trying to make a clever wordplay by saying "she-covery" to mean a focus on boosting women's employment numbers. The jab at the Conservatives is because they haven't talked about any plans targeting women's employment because they hate women (probably true)
