I got into a heated argument one time with a close friend over this. I told him it was cool to punch nazis and I support the protestors clashing with the proud boys or whatever. He told me I was fucked up because we shouldn’t be allowed to silence anybody’s free speech and ideologies, and that he should be able to punch me for being a socialist then.
When I told him, “Dude, they’re literal nazis and believe we should have a white ethnostate,” he responded with , “calling the alt-right Nazis cheapens the importance of the holocaust, and the only actual Nazis were members of the National Socialist Workers Party.”

Uj/ yeah, I’m an anarchist but this is my take on it too. USA is arguably the main perpetrators of Capitalism globally and has a track record of destroying countries and then hollowing them out by vampirically sucking up all their resources and people in service of capital. Even if you don’t like China, Cuba, Venezuela, Or the DPRK, etc., I don’t think the world would be a better place if they got assimilated into the “Western” imperialist hegemony.
It's important to know that these countries are basically in full on defense mode as if they let up once, America is going to kill them.
