The story I've heard (which might not be what happened) is that there was a murder downtown, cops chased the killer, the guy shot himself in the head, then the cops decided, out of the kindness of their hearts, to start macing and pepperballing everyone in the area. Things kicked off from there, the cops escalated all through downtown, so then it spread through the city.

Well, the alleged killer merc'd himself in front of everyone, so he didn't exactly "Get away".
there was a rumor about the pigs shooting someone (turned out to be a suicide). the city wasn't having any of it.
Makes me wonder about how much evidence there is that it was a suicide.
I watched the video without meaning to. it was a suicide.
