First (and only) time I dealt with that kind of behavior was when I wore a grape costume (the grapes were filled with balloons that were quite nice to grab and squeeze)- was an interesting way to find out how real the "look at what they're wearing!" excuse is. Even outside of intentionally sexual touching.
