Wasn't there a quote from an Ansarallah leader who said he feels bad every time he sees one of these drones because he knows that it was millions of dollars that could have gone to poor people in America, instead of a useless machine of death?

makes me nostalgic for the just baseline ghoulish naming convention of appropriating the names of vanquished indigenous tribes

The Houthies learned why we don't have healthcare, and the reason is incompetence.

Yup we spend more on Healthcare than countries with Healthcare.

The reason we don't have it is it all goes to overpaid managers

      Same with the MIC

Serious question though how tf did they bring it down without it crashing harder

My guess is it was probably flying low and slow, with the (mistaken) belief that they wouldn't be able to bring it down

The thing is so large that if it were already flying level, it could just glide in if it lost power or if it was damaged enough

a tweet I saw earlier on IbnRaid's feed was talking about how a SAM with a proximity fuse went off close enough to disable it but left it relatively intact. if I find it I'll edit the link in

I think Ansarallah has now downed six MQ-9 reapers since the blockade began
