The coffee thing was them serving it at dangerously high temps bc they thought people's coffee was getting cold before they drank it or something. There had been a lot of complaints before when people got injured, but that lady's injuries were so horrific that it became the case that finally forced them to stop. Then the media et al lied about it to make it seem like a trivial fake injury lawsuit. Real sicko shit.
