Absolutely harrowing to learn that the "cocktail" used for lethal injections is uhhh, literally just made up, with no scientific process behind it except "these three drugs should probably do an okay job."
Firing squad in the US means strapped to a wall in an empty room, with ~3 riflemen aiming at your chest through a slit in the wall and witnesses sitting behind mirrored glass.
They don't use the guillotine bc a method that kills instantly and never fails is too something. State murder is just barbaric in every way, including in it's utter hypocrisy.
It the worst part. They use lethal injection which is a terrible torture.

Well they've done away with Last Meal in Texas, other states limit it to 40-15 dollars or just deny anything at all.
