The first two points are bullshit, but libs will nod along with them. The last point is something everyone but Blue Lives Matter fascists should agree with (even if they disagree on what constitutes a bad apple). He also didn't back away from the "fundamentally reshaping policing" line and even went into a little detail on what that might look like.
Of course none of what he says will happen because him just saying it doesn't mean he believes it, but from a retail politics "who won the debate?" framework he was surprisingly competent there.
