its basically gonna be like TNO where Speer, Bormann, Goring, and Heydrich try to fuck eachother up, but far less dead people and also like 3x as funny

The funniest scenario is if Trump wins the election (or just steals it) but dies in November and the US decends into a multi-factional civil war while the rest of the world does the lobster fight meme.

True but he also received that super soldier serum shit from Planet of the Apes and the power of that injection alone is enough to turn my Prius into a Gundam

I, for one, look forward to Trump's third career as a power lifter.

Yeah, I mean, while I do think we should be careful not to get our hopes up, seeing as COVID is deadly but by no means a death sentence, Trump is doing everything he can to accelerate his own death. It would be totally within reasonable expectations if he died before the election.

It didn't get Bolsanaro and he got it before treatment got more effective.

But Bolsarno wasn't being a stupid ego-driven baby about it, didn't leave the hospital AMA, and doesn't have nearly as many risk factors

lol the best part is that covid might get him any time in the next 6 months. I think the most common timeline is 21 days post infection but I keep hearing about people dying months and months later.

If he isnt dead in 2 weeks he'll survive, but if he gets pneumonia he'll be useless for campaigning.

I think Pence is his literal successor but he can't carry the mantle of "Trumpism", which up until now has definitely united the right. Pence can't do it, there's no enthusiasm for him among the GOP base.

The GOP has a huge bench, and their core supporters are mostly middle aged and entering their prime. Pence could keep things stable while they deal with a power struggle. The Dems are absolute fossils for the most part, which is why they can't get anything done.

it might be too close to the election and consequently past filing deadlines. they'd probably have to let the ticket ride as is then nominate/ratify a replacement VP in the senate - once for the remainder of this term and again on 1/20 for the next term.

If Trump dies in the next week, Pence will win in a landslide. He potentially would even win the popular vote by 2-3%
