you love to see it. Maybe some folks should post some spicier memes with watermarks there :sicko-zoomer:

Even if you accept some line of reasoning like "it was always going to be 2000, no one said that it should be 2,600!" (the line of argumentation from Snopes lol) You still have to at least accept that the Dems were being intentionally misleading by talking about 2,000 dollar checks even AFTER the 600 dollar checks already passed. They never once bothered to clarify "No we mean 1,400 for 2,000 total lol" even once until AFTER the GA runoff and the inauguration.

That, at the very least, is still fucking dishonest and shady as hell, and people can fucking see how goddamn slimy that is. It literally makes them look like they use some kind of shady used car dealership sales man ass tactics

I was one of those people who never understood them saying $2000 to mean more than $1400, but then I saw the Warnock ad with a $2000 check on it and think that was deliberately misleading.

Ultimately, there are now people who voted for $2000 who are getting 0 because of the increased means testing, so objectively, they were mislead.

I've got a buddy in Atlanta who literally went door knocking for those two dnc senators, who proudly told me after they won that "looks like we're going to get those 2000 dollar checks" I just said "well, we'll see..."

Imagine investing time to go canvassing for those guys and than getting this middle finger in response

As someone who voted in Georgia for the runoffs, I literally saw the $2000 check Warnock ad on January 4th. That's indefensible.
