Deeply reactionary country founded on genocide and slavery which does imperialism in the global south and fascism back home on the people makes for a toxic stew.

in the trend of Imperialism brought back home, Qanon reminds me of the Millenarianism often found in colonial societies,

There is some fucked up shit on the qanoncasualties subreddit. People are getting divorced and thrown out of their homes over this shit. Obvious to say but it’s completely out of control.

I can't help but think of what Will Sommers said about interviewing people during the capitol riot. One person was dying of cancer and said the cabal had the cure and they needed Trump to release it. Another said her son was autistic and that helping him costs so much, but there is a cure that the secret pedo ring are refusing to release.

That shit just makes me want to cry

I know they're scared and clutching at straws and have been heavily propagandized their entire lives, but they really will just do anything EXCEPT universal healthcare, huh? There's a cabal of thieves keeping you from affordable care for autism, and it's your insurance provider.

I think they know that, but they are gonna rationalize it to themselves that if a cabal has a fucking cancer cure and wont give it out, how would M4A from the pedophile democrats cause that cure to be released? People know their lives are not gonna get any better through policy, they don't expect anything from the system and hence universal healthcare is not even on the table for them. They just want the one fix, and promises of eventual change by the same group they think are pedophiles (which ok they are not wrong on that part I guess) is just going in one ear and out the other.

They've been all over the German anti-mask protests as well. It's not a new development, either, we've had a sizeable number of carbon copies of American-style Sovereign Citizens for more than a decade, nazis are lapping up the boogaloo / race war ideas that used to be typical for US neo-nazis and the entire 4chan crowd is the same on both sides of the pond, too.

i mean, it's pretty weird that they decided to do a story on this, tried to verify the basic facts of the story, received a "nah," and still ran the story with some hedging words thrown in.

U.S.icans' concept of nationhood and divinity is conflated. To admit that the country has flaws or is illegitimate is to admit God is flawed or illegitimate.

This, as all pious patriots know, is impossible.

(Not intending any rudeness, just speaking direct here.) The materialist explanation is that not everything has a 1:1 base:superstructure connection, since it'd be weird if human creativity was meaningless. It should be noted that "base determines superstructure" is a mistranslation of Marx:

You will notice that Marx does not say simply 'base determines superstructure'. The word 'determines' is actually 'bestimmt' which does not imply causation in Hegelian terminology! Marx is saying that the legal and political structure, and the content of social consciousness corresponds to the form of social productive relations. How can social relations cause you to act in ways which can be determined in the way we can predict natural scientific phenomena? If that was the case everyone would act the same as everyone else in their class, but they don't because they are individual human subjects.

Can you imagine feudal relations of production without the legal/political/religious culture of the middle ages? Can you have feudalism without lord and serf? Can you have lord and serf without peasant and nobility? Can you have peasant and nobility without the monarchy and clergy (in some form)? Can you have this system without it being reflected in the law? Can you have at the same time slavery and The Declaration of the Rights of Man? If Caesar implemented the Rights of Man would the Roman World become free market capitalism? As is the case with everything else, the content of a society's consciousness corresponds to the form of society.

Some people believe all mass shootings are done by the government because some mass shootings really are done by the government to further their strategy of tension. That tends to give people Epstein Brain.

The Pulse Nightclub and the draw Mohammad contest shooters were both FBI informants, and there is a lot of strange stuff surrounding the Las Vegas shooting.

I don't think any of the school shootings have been ops (much less hoaxes) though. Teens are distressed and impulsive creatures.

Mostly from here. The FBI connections are easily verified though. [1] [2]

The Las Vegas stuff was from a trueanon episode. They didn't claim that it was (or wasn't) a conspiracy, but they showed evidence that there was a cover-up of some kind, which could be as benign as hiding gross incompetence in response to the tragedy. However, Paddock had enough family connections to Air Force intelligence that I wouldn't fault anyone for believing (with low confidence) that it was an op of some kind.

The school shooting down in Florida a few years back. You may have heard of another victim, David Hogg (not a bit, even though I made it sound like one on accident).
