Many of them are much better looking and smoother in presentation, which is where the real hazard lies.

Dude's interchangeable with any number of frat bros or lanyard nerds.

I couldn't get through the whole thing but being like this was the primary reason I didn't get laid at all in my early 20s

No, it's a harmless scapegoat to laugh at. It's less depressing to think "damn life a movie" than the reality that 99% of bad dates are just boring and awkward because you don't vibe, not because they're an insecure reddit nerd or a huge jerk.

Right? I feel sorry for them, this is probably going to result in them being hated by people they've never met.

the west/damp long hair was a nice touch.

hair should be dry and pulled back tight. hair movement is a sign of weakness. also, your hair is your head suit.

My biggest problem with determinism is that almost every determinist I've talked with that had ideas for how to better run society had outright abusive horrible nightmare world ideas for how to run it. Even if "free will is an illusion we are all just meat computers" was conceivably 100% true, that doesn't mean that my "illusion" experience of consciousness needs to be endless suffering for some creep's power fantasies.

Plato: "so if you agree that the whole is greater than the sum of it's parts therefore a philosopher ie, me should be king" :very-intelligent:

Lol, what's weird is experiencing ego death, and thus not believing in free will anymore, made me more leftist. Because if everyone is me, why would I want billions of me in slavery and suffering needlessly?
