Congress (article I) has 16% public approval, Biden (article II) has 36%, and the Supreme Court (article III) has something like 39%. I briefly felt good when he pulled out of Afghanistan. But it looks like he only did it in order to implement an even crueler policy on them. And he isn't pulling out of the countries where sanctions would be less cruel than the status quo (Yemen), while he is also very belligerent against Iran.
