Their website links to this review site but all the recent reviews are landlords complaining that the company took their money and then didn't do anything.
Absolutely fed up with Express Evictions now. (12th December 2022)
I paid Express Evictions £395 on 21st October 2022. (having had assurances from Eli that the process is quick and simple)
Its nearly 2 months now and I have phoned dozens of times over the last few weeks , and now all I get through to is 'Reception' constantly being asked for my number and I will receive a call-back... Never getting a call back.
Prior to this on the 23rd November 2022, received a WhatsApp message assuring me I would receive a £150 credit note for the inconvenience. Additionally I was assured that if the works were not complete by Sunday (27th November 2022) I was told in the message that I would receive a full refund.
Disgusted doesn't even begin to describe this situation , I recommend people reading this AVOID Express Evictions AT ALL COSTS.

LOL. I figured there's probably no legal way to do what they're claiming. I'm guessing at best they deal with the legal proceedings on behalf of the landlords. But if they're just taking their money and shrugging, critical support.

The UK gets so much mileage out of using "anti-social" to justify arbitrary arrest and detention and to harass poor people and minorities.
